We have some news, please read carefully the text below.

1. MONTHLY LIMITS.

To keep waiting time for current orders within 4–6 weeks, we are introducing MONTHLY LIMITS for the number of orders we accept. Once the limit is reached, orders for that month will close.

2. PRICES (Open and Honest).

You will see that some kits have received a price update (€5–€10). Here is why:

• Our Push-Them-Out parts are a real step forward, and working with them is much easier than with traditional photo-etching. However, our in-house laser cutter speed is limited — a single chassis kit takes 1.5 to 3 hours to cut.
• To keep processing times reasonable and avoid long waitlists, we moved part of the photo-etching production to an outside supplier, whose costs are twice as high than costs from our previous supplier.
• Why hybrid? If we moved everything to outside photo-etching, prices would double. Keeping max workload on our own laser creates a huge extra effort for us, but it allows us to hold the prices down as much as possible for you.
• This is not the last step. In November, we plan another price correction (~€10) on a number of kits. We may face another one in December, but we will do our best to avoid that. If you want to lock in current prices, please order in October before the limit closes.

3. IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR EXISTING ORDERS.

If you are currently waiting for an order placed prior to the pause, rest assured that all remaining pending orders are in full production and will be completely dispatched by mid-October. Thank you for your patience, trust and ongoing support!
