We would like to inform you that due to pandemic situation in the world we expect big delays with orders’ shipping.
These delays are not predictable, because situation changes daily and nobody can tell us what country will be affected next. For shipping parcels normally regular flights are used, but as we all can see there are really big number of cancelled flights to many destinations, so all unsent parcels are staying at sorting centers in Germany and in Latvia.
Due to big number of unsent parcels, (and this number will only grow in next weeks) there is very high risk that your parcel will stuck at sorting center or even will be lost.
Due to these reasons we have made decision don’t ship placed orders (we are ready to make full refunds to customers who placed orders and prefer to get their money back) and to close our online shop until situation will become more stable and clear for us.
